Patrick Kelly is the owner of Hoss Consulting, which offers expert technical services and management capabilities to telecommunications, renewable energy, and critical power projects.  He’s also a Member of the American Wind Energy Association, and is on the Distributed Energy Advisory Committee. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in the vertical asset and power market spaces.

Patrick’s experience has ranged the entire span of project development from project planning and scoping to decommissioning. He’s also developed projects all across the United States; from the Southeast to the Northwest and even Hawaii. Patrick is highly effective at working with project participants, from the boardroom to the excavator.  

Patrick lives with his wife Amy and their two dogs Reign and Beauregard in Denver CO.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia… “Go Dawgs!”
