As we move quickly through the Summer of 2020, we wanted to share some updates from over the last few weeks:

  • Bolivian Updates – we keep in touch with many people down in Bolivia. With the global pandemic, we have learned that all schools have been cancelled for the rest of their school year; until at least February 2021. This is very unfortunate, especially since ~60% of students in the country do not have remote learning capacities. That is where Pidola can help and support!
  • Tamaulipas – talks are on-going with our Rotary Club contacts in Southern Texas and Northern Mexico, to push our projects in Tamaulipas forward. We are working to find the right points of contact within the State-level governments, and to determine roles and responsibilities between all parties.
  • International Fair – Pidola has been invited to participate in an International Fair through our contacts at the Rotary Club. This International Fair brings together both organizations and investors who are interested in developing social good projects in Southern Texas and Northern Mexico. Given the current pandemic, this fair will be virtual in September 2020. But, it will still provide Pidola access to various potential investment opportunities for our projects.
